Blackwidow Chroma unable to change macros or lighting.
I've been having this problem for a while and was wondering if anyone else has the same problem.
As the title says, Synapse isn't playing nice with my keyboard. I hav ea Firefly and that works pefectly fine but the keyboard doesn't.
Support have tried to help with the issue but no solution has come about.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does Synapse detect the keyboard? Do you mind putting up a screenshot of how it appears on the Device Manager? I'd appreciate it if you can PM me the ticket number.

Razer.CazielSynapse detects the keyboard then stops recognising it and this happens on loop indefinitely. The only way that i have figured out how to stop this is to restart the synapse service in task manager.

That's definitely a curveball. Synapse usually either sees the device or doesn't recognize it at all. Do you mind sending me your ticket number via PM? I'd like to check what troubleshooting steps our Support Team has provided you so we can try other things.
