Blackwidow keyboard keeps disconnecting and reconnecting | Razer Insider

Hello



I recently got a 2019 Blackwidow keyboard. I installed Synapse the day i got it and everything worked perfectly however the second day i had it when i powered my pc on and the keyboard kept disconnecting and reconnecting every 5 seconds. I don't believe in that time anything updated Therefore making the keyboard not very usable. When i uninstalled Synapse the keyboard worked fine except i couldn't change any of they settings as i didn't have Synapse.

I have tried:

Different USB ports

Uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse

A clean install of Synapse

Uninstalling Drivers

A different PC (it worked but it soon had the same problem)



I am currently waiting for Razer to get back to me about a fix



Do any of you guys know what i could try to fix it?

It could be OS related. What version of Windows do you currently have installed?

I currently have windows 10 home

OS Build 18362.388
By any chance, did the issue start after the October 3 Windows Update? If so, please try a rollback. In any case, do send me a PM with the serial number of your keyboard and your System and Application logs from Event Viewer so I can take a closer look.
UPDATE:I got it replaced and has worked fine ever since. It seems like it is a hardware problem
