Blackwidow LEDs dying | Razer Insider

Hi. I have a blackwidow chroma keyboard for more than 2 years, but recently I noticed that some of my LEDs are dying gradually, one by one. It first started with my "Z" key, it became a bit more pink each day. When I went to razer synapse 3 I figured out that my "Z" key had lost the green light. At that point I thought well maybe my keyboard could have come with a faulty LED, I can replace it, it's okay... Then I ordered 5 LED pieces online for a cheap price, 2 weeks after that, I got another faulty LED. This time was my "C" key that had lost its blue light, followed by "Caps Lock" which lost the blue as well, then "M3" key without red, and now my "R" key is slowly losing its blue. It is weird because they are close to each other.

The keyboard hasn't suffered any kind of bad usage, like too much pressure on it, any kind of impact, any kind of spill. The only thing that changed was my chroma profile. I used a white wave on a static white, so my keyboard was all white and a kind of bright and smooth wave with a reactive (random color), but recently I removed the wave and added a rainbow starlight.

Could it really be faulty LEDs? Could it be an electrostatic discharge? Could it be moisture? Could it be the change of profiles?

Since my keyboard is out of its warranty, I would like to know what could be wrong, so I can maybe try to solve it.

I would like to have some community support since razer cannot provide me free support anymore. Thank you.
