I bought a Blade 15 Base model (2019) version 2 weeks ago and have had a few problems I'm pretty concerned about.



Firstly, there is an occasional popping/cracking sound coming from what seems to be coming from around the hinge or bottom of the screen. It doesn't happen too often but is quite loud that I can hear it through my headphones.



Secondly, there is static froming from the headset. I have tried a few earphones and headsets and they all have static coming from them. At first I thought it was my new Kraken TE that was causing the static but it seems it's the laptop's problem. The static is quite loud and noticeable whenever there is sound playing (music, games or even windows system sounds) and there is a faint hissing sound when there isn't any sound playing, which is starting to hurt my ears. I have tried all the USB-A ports and the 3.5 jack and they all have this problem.
