Blade 15 Studio Edition - RZ09-033 / Can the GPU clock speed be increased?

My factory setting for the GPU is set to 645 MHz (Graphics clock) / 6001 MHz (Memory clock)
From what i read, the base settings are 1035 MHz (Graphics clock) / 1750 MHz (Memory clock).
Can the GPU clock frequency be changed?
That will improve render performance in Davinci Resolve for my projects, which include some fusion (clean plate + delta keyer) that benefit from a higher GPU clock. Seems to me the system has some overhead to permit higher clock speeds, but maybe I'm wrong. Attached is a snapshot of some system values during the render.
Note- the Current/ EDP Limit is at warning levels, even during idle.
