Everything is up to date. Driver, firmware etc. Every time the laptop is turned on the screen flickers up and down with such limited visibility that it has to be plugged into an external monitor to see anything. When it first started happening, I fixed it by setting the frame rate to stay at 60. 120 seemed to cause the issue. After that fix, it’ll still do it, but it goes away after I plug into an external monitor. 

 

Is this something that I should contact support and have them look into and fix or can I have the guys in my local Razer store take a look? I have an actual store where I live so that would be the easiest thing. I’m planning on taking some work trips soon where I won’t have access to an external monitor so I really want to figure this out. 

 

Laptop was bought secondhand from a repair shop after they had issues fixing my other laptop. I don’t imagine it’s in warranty and I don’t have RazerCare.
