Brand new laptop will not initialise

Hello all, I have today taken delivery of a new Blade 18 laptop. After connecting power supply and switching on the razer logo with flashing cursor below it appeared on screen followed a few seconds later by a “Windows Install” error to the effect an error had occurred and windows install could not proceed, press ok to restart. After restarting the same thing happens. I have done the restart many times now  always with the same result. I have tried to contact support  but none of the “ticket” tags seem to cover a failure straight out of the box so to speak. I am no expert but looking thru the support pages I think something is wrong with the factory setup of the unit. If Razer support monitor these channels please contact me to help resolve this. The laptop cost a lot of money’ best regards

Download new Recovery OS image from: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5997

Or download clean Windows 11 ISO directly from microsoft and clean install OS again.

Thanks for the answer. I will give it a try. My main concern is that given this is a brand new laptop and I am a  dinosaur tech wise, I do not wish to compromise the warranty.

Installing New os or recovering wont void warranty.
