I've recently got my brand new Razer Blade Stealth 2019 and face some issue with the trackpad right out of the box. Very often, especially once I try to click - hold - drag with the trackpad, the mouse cursor just freeze/got stuck. The exact same issue I have regularly - even during browsing sites or doing some stuff. That's very frustrating sometime and make the work with the trackpad practically impossible.

Once I plug in the mouse the problem disappear, but in the moment I go back and touch the trackpad .. same again. And I just use my mice to unfreeze it.. Can you help me solve this issue somehow?

Hi there, @rushCoolGreycar494! Can you send me the serial number of your Razer Blade Stealth through PM? Let's continue from there.
I have the same model (purchased in March 2019) and the same issue. A hard reboot seems to fix the problem for me, suggesting that it is software at fault. Any other solutions?
