Hi guys, really looking for some help!
I bought the wolverine V2 a couple days ago, the controller itself works fine, but whenever I map the sensitivity clutch to any of the available buttons as soon as I save it on the profile and close the app when I hold the mapped button absolutely no input from the assigned stick(s) registers.
I’ve tried re installing the software both on console and PC, tried assigning the sensitivity clutch to every available button, tried deleting and creating new profiles and nothing seems to work, it’s worth mentioning that all the other mappable buttons work fine it’s only the sensitivity clutch that doesn’t register
the controller is brand new and has no damage or anything like that.
any help would be massively appreciated!
thank you, Liam.

As far as I know, the sensitivity clutch feature is only applicable to compatible Razer mice. Do you mind sharing a short clip detailing the configuration on Synapse? That way, I can better understand what you're trying to achieve.

Synapse does not recognize a wolverine V2 ? Win 10 recognizes it as a Xinput compatible controller device, which is a xbox wireless controller driver

The controller is not supported on both versions of Synapse. You need to download the Razer Controller app from the Microsoft Store should you want to set custom binds.

I'll try the new Synapse, also the Wolverine v2 is working fine now. 3DConnexion Left Pro had some conflicting devices
