Broken Dongle Razer Viper V2 Pro

I bought this Razer Viper V2 Pro in an app that is called "Shopee" and we bought it from a store on Shopee named "Space Station" I bought the mouse on December 2023, Yesterday Morning my Viper V2 Pro was doing good and I'm enjoying while playing until Afternoon, When I connected my Dongle, It doesn't respond and cannot be detected by Razer Synapse even when I turn on the Viper V2 Pro, My laptop's USB Port doesn't have a Problem because I've tested it on different USB and they are working, The Viper V2 Pro doesn't have a problem because it's working when I use the USB Charger, but when I use it like that it's wired. Of course at the first place I bought the Viper V2 Pro for Wireless Gaming, but I don't want to sell it because it's my Best mouse and I really love this Mouse. Also I'm a huge fan of Razer, I've tried anything, yet, It's not working. What should I do? (MAIN PROBLEM IS ABOUT DONGLE) please help
