Broken installer of the new firwmare for Thunderbolt 5 on the Razer Blade 18 2024

The installer of the new firwmare for Thunderbolt 5 on the Razer Blade 18 2024 does not work. Link below:

A blank white window appears with an error. Unable to install. I tried installing Windows 11 again, as well as using the Recovery operation. Nothing helps. Bios updater & EC Updater updated correctly without error. Probably the installer is broken. Anyone have a similar problem?

Hello. The problem has not been solved, but I know what the cause is, actually two causes. 

• The first is that the file named: "TBTFW.EXE" containing the firmware is detected as a Trojan for Windows, adding it to the exception unfortunately does not cause the update process.

• The second cause is a corrupted file: "Razer Update.EXE" after replacing it with another one for example from BIOS updater we will see such a message - attached photo. Unfortunately, I will not risk pressing UPDATE because it could start the procedure of flashing the BIOS of the laptop with the batch (firwmare from Thunderbolt 5)

I hope that I explained the problem to the Razer Support and they will quickly fix the error. On the other hand - how can you upload untested beforehand (whether you install at all) Firmware or BIOS?

Generally I will tell you: "I spent a lot of money and have only problems with this laptop. Technical support of this company - does not exist. After-warranty service - does not exist. Purchase of parts as you damage something - does not exist. Service in my European country - does not exist. This is the first and last time I bought a Razer product. I will be selling it and will probably buy a Dell XPS 17 UHD”

a new update from 17 July has been released. at least it opens, but the message appears on a Razer Blade 18 that the firmware is only for a Razer Blade 18 and is not compatible with my system.…
