I've wrongly purchased the razer gold credit because I don't buy anything from this app. I would like to transfer the credit to my bank account, please need help

Same thing happened. but in my case, a game suggested razer Gold as one of their payment methods, so I purchased a razer gold. Then the in-game purchase that I am planning to buy got reacted by the Razer Shop because of a wallet error. in the 1st place they should not put Razer as one of their modes of payment. And now It cannot be refunded and there's no other way to re-send it back to my bank account.
