Can't hear anything in headset (Kraken Pro V2) when plugged into PC.

I've been using my Kraken Pro V2 since I bought it last December. It has been working perfectly, nothing wrong, for the past year. Today when I loaded up a Youtube video, I wasn't surprised that there was no sound because I regularly brush the sound wheel on the cable accidentally. I adjust the sound wheel. Still nothing. I turn up my volume. Nothing. I unplug it and plug it in again. Nothing. I have reinstalled my drivers 2 times and still nothing. I tried plugging it in to my iPad and it works perfectly. So now I'm convinced that there's definitely something wrong with my PC and not the headset. My PC does identify and know its my headset. Everything is normal. The only problem is there is no sound through the headset. I have reinstalled my Realtek audio drivers too but nothing happened. The microphone works just fine as I tested it with my friend. The only problem here is that there is no sound when I plug the headset into my PC. It works fine on my iPad and phone. Any help? Thanks.

Try connecting to another PC first

BlackFireDragon
Try to wipe your profiles in synapse and create new one with default settings dont change there anything and see if you have sound. Next thing i settings headset as default device in sound device menager and in tray click on speaker icon to make sure headset as set as device you use bring sound to max and cheack everything. If you have a motherboard sound app for audio cheack there settings or reset them.
