Can't install Surround Sound 7.1

Hello, i have a problem to install software. I downloaded the software Surround Sound 7.1 from the homepage but can't install it. I launched the highest permissions and my Window is Window 10 Pro 64bit. It just flashes and then turns off, then it appeared more err file like this: Thanks for reading and helping. :D

    Are you using a personal computer and connected to a home network? Make sure that your anti-virus or firewall is not blocking any Razer-related files or apps. Also, run all available Windows updates and install the latest version of the Windows .NET Framework. If that doesn't help, do send me a PM.
