Can't Use Macro's?

Hello Razer Community, this is my first post here! Just a quick question, i recently got the Razer Basilisk V2 mouse for Christmas, i'm just wondering why i can't assign macros to any of my mouse buttons. It says i need to have razer synapse running in order to use this function and whenever i assign my sensitivity clutch to press left click for me

    Hey ShadowBlazinIce! Thanks for posting your Razer Basilisk V2's concern here. What's your Razer Synapse version? Have you tried isolating the issue by logging in to Razer Synapse 3.0 as a guest user account?
