Cant get the code from my phone number

been trying to recharge something, but i cant receive the code from my phone number. I already restarted my phone couple times but it didn't work either, but when i recharge in other platform i can receive code easily. The issue is on Razer gold only, Please help me. Thank you

I understand that you’re having issues with your issue with your Razer account. To isolate the issue, please follow the steps provided below and try again after 15 minutes:

1. Please check if there is a good internet network connection to your mobile. If possible, refresh or reset your network.
2. Restart your machine or device.
3. Sign out and Sign in to your Razer Gold Account
4. Clear browsing history, including cache files and cookies
5. Try purchasing using a private browser in the Private or Incognito model

If the steps didn't work you can submit a ticket or chat with customer service via Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right to get this sorted out in real-time. Please PM me with your ticket number after submitting it so I can call their attention to your case. Stay safe!
