Hi I bought my laptop back in April. Today the charger stopped working, it still has the green light, also the laptop will take a charge from USB c

    Are you using its original power brick? Have you tried using a third-party charger and checked if it yields the same issue? Please send me the serial number of your laptop via PM. That way, I can verify its model and take a closer look at the charging issue. Let's continue from there. I'll lock this thread now.
