Chroma ARGB Controller not detected in Synapse | Razer Insider

I got this awhile back but finally had a couple of days off to hook it up. It does not work at all....well to be fair, it doesn't even show up in Synapse. I tried different Molex connectors and 2 different USB headers on the motherboard, but it still is not showing up. I do not know what else to try (it's not as if it's complicated with only 2 connections). If anyone has any idea, please let me know. Thank you
i had a similar problem ok the same problem

it only picked it up after i uninstalled synapse and then reinstalled it

its done that on 2 different computers so might be worth a try

Thank you.... it worked. I always try to use that as a last resort BUT I think I was already at that point anyway so thanks for the push
No problem glad it worked

If only Razer support would help

but i dont think they exist
