Chroma ARGB Controller not detected in Synapse
I got this awhile back but finally had a couple of days off to hook it up. It does not work at all....well to be fair, it doesn't even show up in Synapse. I tried different Molex connectors and 2 different USB headers on the motherboard, but it still is not showing up. I do not know what else to try (it's not as if it's complicated with only 2 connections). If anyone has any idea, please let me know. Thank you
i had a similar problem ok the same problem
it only picked it up after i uninstalled synapse and then reinstalled it
its done that on 2 different computers so might be worth a try
