Chroma Connect not working

I just updated my Razer Synapse to the newest update being version 3.5.331.33010 and my PC parts that have Chroma Connect compatibility don't connect to Razer Synapse specifically Thermaltake and MSI. I have Chroma Connect enabled and have tried to reinstall/modify and doesn't want to work with Synapse.

Aside from my version being a bit lower but saying it's up to date, I have the same issue. The profile lighting still works, but no chroma app seem to be working. Maybe something with a new version

Do you guys and gals mind sharing short clips to show the issue? I'd like to look into what's causing this, and your help would be greatly appreciated.

There doesn't seem to be any issues with the Chroma Connect configuration, but from the looks of it, the other apps have higher priority controlling the lighting. Go to Chroma apps on Synapse and try to disable LEDKeeper.exe. Let me know how that goes. I'd appreciate it if you can send me a PM so we can try to further isolate the issue.

I'm not entirely sure how to help you. Care to elaborate on the issue you're experiencing and what you're trying to accomplish? Shoot me a PM so we can talk about it.
