I just setup my new Hue lightstrips however I'm unable to change Chroma profiles. As soon as I do, the lightstrips turn off and don't turn back on again until I open that profile up in Studio and reassign the effect to those lights. I know this isn't by design but I can't figure out how to fix.
After testing a bunch, I also discovered that some settings for the lightstrips reset on occasion. It seems there is no real permanence to this device or its settings.
What additional information can I provide to help troubleshoot and solve? Thanks!

Repairing the installation did not fix the issue.
One extra piece of information is that when restarting PC, the lightstrip was not functioning when the computer came back up... I had to enter Studio and create its setting again. So it's not even maintaining its setting upon restart it seems.
Now when I open up Studio, the lightstrip icon is completely missing but it's still functioning. It was there earlier in the evening but now it's not.

razer connect is broken at the moment my msi and asrock connect wont work either
Does anyone have experience working with Razer on this? Would it be better to open a ticket? Anecdotally this sounds like a Synapse issue and I’d like to be as helpful as possible.
Support is opening a ticket for me. I’ll provide updates when available.
