Hi community,
I like the products of Razer very much, so I bought several mouse and keyboard products to use on my work computer and game computer respectively.
But there has been a problem bothering me, I hope the community can help me.
I have a work computer and a gaming computer, and both use the same Viper v2 mouse and Black Widow keyboard, but they have different configuration files. For example, I set the side mouse button to screenshot on my work computer, and the side mouse button to game shortcut on my gaming computer. When I logged in SYNAPSE software on two computers, I was constantly prompted to synchronize the cloud configuration, but I did not need to synchronize, and as two devices, they would overwrite my Settings in the cloud.
This often results in cluttered and invalid configuration files for both computers, so can you avoid this problem by adding a device ID to your software?

Are you using the same Razer Viper V2 Pro and BlackWidow keyboard, or do both work and gaming computer has their own allocated mouse and keyboard? I suggest creating two separate profiles in Razer Synapse 3.0 specifically for your work and gaming PC so it will not mix up. Another method is to create a Razer Synapse account/ID for your gaming configuration only. I’ll be locking this thread now.
