Compatibility issues with Razer Synapse 4 and Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense

For some reason, my Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense has had issues with Razer Synapse 4, with the software defaulting to THX Stereo instead of THX Spatial Audio upon software reboot. It also randomly disables the Haptic Intensity settings for whatever reason. I’ve tried everything from a fresh install to reinstalling my drivers and repairing corrupted files, but nothing worked, so I eventually threw in the towel and reverted to Synapse 3, which so far has had no issues. I’d like the Razer team to investigate this as it seems not everything with the new Synapse is fully backwards compatible.

Thank god I am not the only one with this issue. I was going insane here 😅
I went through the long process of getting support to acknowledge the issue:

“We have checked this with the relevant team and they were able to replicate the issue from there as well. Currently, they are working on a solution and this will take time. The solution will be available in the form of a synapse update. Kindly periodically check for synapse updates.”
Sadly, this was on October 29th. Still been no fix since then, but they claim that they are still working on it.

Btw. It also shows my microphone as being on when it's not and claims the serial number is: NOSERIALNUMBER. It's really buggy for some reason.

Sorry to necro. Just fresh installed windows and was prompted to install synapse 4. Same headset, same problem, except it forces Spatial Audio when I want stereo, and still disables haptics, seemingly anytime the pc wakes from sleep or shutdown. Really hope they fix this, because I would rather not have to install synapse 3 again.

Same here…..with a company like Razer….it is   so frustrating that  they can’t  have a solution….it’s  clearly a  a software  problem.I’m clearly  thinking of  not buying another Razer product   because if their incompetence.
