I have a Black Widow V4 and some issue with it. I want too use the warranty to get a new one but it doesn't work. I want to contact support but i need the serial number but it doesn't work. can someone help me?

+1Please double-check similar characters such as:
"I" and "1"
"O" and "0"
Or if you have Synapse 4 (new Synapse Beta) - then you go to your keyboard tab, and click on the (?) help icon, and you’ll get device serial number which you can copy.
