Crackling noise in Razer Kraken Ultimate

I recently bought a Razer Kraken Ultimate headphone. I love the sound quality and the volume. However, whenever I'm playing games, or streaming audio on youtube or anything at all, the voice cracks a lot, it lags a bit and there is a crackling sound in the headset. I'm running Windows 10 on my PC. I don't have any other PC to test with but even when I connect to a different USB port the quality is the same. I checked my dpc latency and trying to reduce that has helped a little bit but it's still majorly the same. Along with that problem, the bass is way too high and overpowers the other sounds in any game/video i watch/play. I checked my razer synapse and disabled bass boost but it's still like that. If I'm using Discord while playing something or playing music in the bg, it gives me that issue a lot. However, even if I'm using just discord, the voice cracks do happen. I recently played Halo Infinite and the voice was absolutely TERRIBLE. I couldn't hear a thing, I was basically deaf for the whole match. When the voice came it cracked incessantly. Please help.
