I got my razer kracken kitty around a week ago and there have been crackling noises. I dont know what todo anymore and ive tried so many methods of troubleshooting. I hope someone can help me

Hi there! Have you tried connecting the headset to a different USB port or computer without Razer Synapse installed? Have you tried disabling the Razer Synapse 3.0's ambient noise reduction and other microphone enhancements? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM. I'll pick it up from there.
