customer service will not update my phone number on my account id. I have asked 5 times.

Customer service is a nightmare. 

I have tried so hard to be nice but they are making it difficult. Especially Ronnie. 

Ronnie doesn’t read anything I write. Just copy and pastes some generic rambling.

 I am hoping SOMEONE can change/update/remove my phone number to a phone I no longer have soon. 

I have been trying for nearly 10 days now.
