Cynosa V2 Code 43 Error

My Cynosa V2 all of a sudden stopped working while I was using it. I opened up Device Manager and got this error message: "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" I have tried a hard reset on the keyboard (Esc + Caps Lock+ Space) with no luck. Looking for any help here, seems like this might be a hardware problem.

    Were there any changes applied to your system/device before the issue? Have you tried reinstalling the drivers of your Cynosa V2? Do send me the serial number of your device via PM. That way, I can take a closer look and find possible solutions. Let's go from there. I'll be locking this thread now.
