Cynosa V2 Key press issue. Chat support useless

I've had my Cynosa for 5 weeks. All of a sudden every time I press the '5' on the number pad on the right side, it adds a / after. 5/. Tried the chat support and they suggested uninstalling synapse and the drivers, none of which worked.

I'm frustrated. I was really happy with this keyboard, and now I'm just pissed. Any suggestions?

Hello there! Thanks for creating this thread. Was everything covered? Does the behavior occur when Synapse is disabled or closed? Please connect your keyboard to a different computer without an installed Razer Synapse or log in as a guest user in Razer Synapse 3.0 and check if it behaves the same. Also, ensure to connect the device directly to a USB port, not on a hub.
