Hello! Just asking if there's a way to receive a new activation code after my code got scratched out, I can provide with proof of purchase, the packaging and all other forms of purchase and proof, can you please help me? Thank you, it's also by the name of the kraken tournament edition headset

    Let me verify the model of your device and check if you are eligible for code generation. Please send me the serial number via PM, together with the email address linked to your Razer ID. Don't forget to include a photo of the scratched card. Upload it via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link to your message.
