Damaged activation code

Have a read of the following thread /damaged-activation-code-kraken-x.78350/#post-768014 Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval. If the code is somewhat still visible, try using a English US keyboard format. We have seen in the past other English keyboard format cause some activation issues. Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice through this thread Prepare the followings~~~

• Name
• S/N
• P/N
• Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
• Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
• Photo of the damaged Activation Code

today i got a gift by company , it's a black shark v2 X , and inside got a card is for the 7.1 surround sound activation code and the bar is really hard to scratch , unfortunately that i scratched the code and damaged a part of it , is that anyway to get a new code from razer support ?

Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. That way, I can verify its model and check if you are eligible for code generation. Don't forget to include a photo of the scratched card. Save it via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link to your message. Let's take it from there. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PMs.
