I was in the middle of gaming and the scroll wheel gave out. Normally the scroll wheel clicks between each action, but now it just free spins and it does not register to my computer. Apparently, my warranty just expired and Razer won't replace it. Are there any fixes for this? I will have to replace it anyway so I'm willing to open it up if that's possible.

If it spinning free - I'd assume, that the scroll wheel "bolt" snapped in half.
You can open the mouse and try to glue both pieces, but be really careful about it, because if not centered properly the scroll wheel will be crooked.
On the other side it's possible to buy replacement on ebay.
