I have a Razer Deathstalker Ultimate keyboard for a few years now, but after a while, it seems to be missing some functionality for the touchscreen on the right of the keyboard.
Normally, users like me should be able to assign features to the 10 keys above the touchscreen, stuff like youtube video searching, calculators, that sort of thing. Also, being able to change the color of the keys of the keyboard.
Unfortunately, I can't do that anymore. Usually, the Razer key should be used, but it does nothing. I can still use the keyboard normally, and even use the touchscreen and the two buttons below it for the mouse, but that's it.
Am I missing something? As my keyboard stands, it doesn't have a Keypad, with no way of bringing one up on the touchscreen.

What operating system are you currently on and what troubleshooting steps have you done so far? Do note that the switchblade API is already out of date which is why some of the features no longer work on later versions of Windows and Mac.
I'm currently using Windows 10, I believe I had it for a few years now. I'm not really sure what I could do to troubleshoot the problem.

In that case, send me a PM so I can help you try to fix the issues you're currently experiencing. In your message, please include the serial number of your device so I can check for firmware updates and all that good stuff.
Was there an actual fix for this? Because I would love to have that touchpad and buttons to work as their suppose to again
If you're referring to the App buttons then that would be a no. The API is already outdated and will no longer receive updates.
