I have Razer Lancehead RC30-021203 and USB dongle that came with it. I tried updating firmare on both today and went bad.

While trying to update mouse I can see Device version: 1.00.34, Latest version 1.02.00. After I click Update its stuck at 5%. I closed all Razer software and services, even tried updating on another computer where no Razer software is installed. Both Windows 10 64 bit edition, same problem. But mouse still works.



It went bad while trying to update usb dongle. I received a similar dialog please wait. Waited about 10min, then disconnected. Now dongle doesn't work anymore.
