Error: Item serial number is unknown

Hello. I recently bought a Razer Kraken Tournament Edition but when I try registering the headset an error pops up saying that the serial number for it is unknown. I made sure to check the Os and 0s but everything seems to be fine. If anybody knows how to fix this problem I'd really appreciate the help. Thanks.

    @chuustalk and @harpler I'll need each of you to PM me a screenshot of the error along with the serial number of your headsets. This way, I can help you figure out what's causing the issue.
