error message when checking order status

I recently won a gaming mouse through the playstore and have the email saying order confirmed but when I check the order status I only get an error message. I can't seem to find a way to contact anyone to sort it out. Anyone on here able to assist?

I am having the exact same issue. Won the gaming mouse April 9th through Google play store, ordered it, received confirmation email, and now get the error message. Also, you would think that a company as large as this would have a link to email the support staff, but no where to be found.

I'm wondering if they're just kind of holding it in limbo until the end of the promotion. It is pretty ridiculous that there seems to be no way to get in touch with anyone at the company to get any sort of information on the situation though. 

I won the Razer Goliathus Extended Chroma through the play store around April 13th and i still haven't received an email for it shipping and even i get the error whenever i try to view the order status as well…. what's crazy is my account also shows no order history and it went to the email tied to my account...

Same here, email confirmation but that's it. No orders in my history either.
