I am facing an issue with my newly purchased "Kraken X for Console" headphones. I cannot seem to find the activation code for the 7.1 surround sound feature, which is one of the key selling points of the product.

I have looked through the packaging and the accompanying manuals but hasn't been able to locate the code. As a result, i registered the product in hopes that the activation code would be sent via email. However, the I was disappointed to find that the code was still not sent to them.

This can be frustrating, especially when i have paid for a product with advertised features. I might need to reach out to the product's customer support to resolve the issue and obtain the activation code to enjoy the full functionality of their headphones.
