A week ago I bought a razer gold card from Walmart. Got it home went to load it and it was no good. I managed to reach someone named Saraya made a complaint ticket and was told I'd hear something in 2 days. 3 days later I get an email saying they hadn't heard back from me. I have uploaded photos of the purchase receipt the card ect.. but needless to say the same thing over and over happens. An email saying we gotcha then one saying we haven't heard from you which is bullshit because I've sent around 8 emails!! I.want a new card or my money back this is ridiculous

Same thing here I bought $200.00 worth of cards @ $20.00 on each card only 2 worked and all the rest had the same pin . I made a complaint  was given a complaint  ticket number and was told I would hear back from  them but got the same email. I sent copies of each card and my receipts several times.  Been trying to resolve this since 10/03/23. I am considering to seek legal advice and sue this company.

I bought 2 cards 1 100 and one 200. The pins were only 12 instead of 14.  I did the ticket nothing back they closed my ticket.

I bought $50 razor gold and the activation key error 22/03/2025.

but just refund my money back
