Dear Razer Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to share my experience and some suggestions regarding the Razer Tartarus V2 keyboard and Razer Synapse software.

I have noticed an inconvenience that I would like to address regarding profile switching in Razer Synapse. When I use different applications with established profiles, such as "Premier" and "After Effects," and then switch to an application without a registered profile, like the "File Explorer," the keyboard does not retain the last profile used in the last application with a registered profile. Instead, it automatically switches to the previously selected profile in the Razer Synapse application.

This has become problematic for me because when I return to an application with an established profile, like "After Effects," after having been in an application like the file explorer with no profile set, sometimes the profile doesn't restore correctly and remains on the profile that was previously selected in Razer Synapse, such as "Premier." To resolve this, I have to exit the application, click elsewhere, and then click back on the application to reactivate the correct profile.

My suggestion to improve this situation is as follows: When switching from an application with a registered profile to one without in Razer Synapse, the software should retain the last profile used in the last application with a registered profile. For example, if I selected the "Premier" profile in Razer Synapse and then I am working on "After Effects," and later I go to the "File Explorer" (without a registered profile), the profile that should be retained is the one for "After Effects," which was the last profile used before moving to an application without a profile like the file explorer. It should not automatically switch to the "Premier" profile; it should only switch to the "Premier" profile when I am actively working in the "Premier" application.

Furthermore, I would like to suggest an enhancement for the Razer Synapse interface in the key customization section. It would be extremely helpful to be able to assign a custom name to each key combination I program on my Razer Tartarus V2. This would make it easier to identify each specific function, as sometimes I find it difficult to remember all the key combinations and their respective functions. For instance, if hovering over a key combination would display a small pop-up box with the custom name I assigned to it, it would be simpler to recall the purpose of each configuration.

I appreciate your attention and consideration in addressing these aspects in future software and product updates. As a loyal Razer customer, I wish for your products to continue being at the forefront of the market, and for my user experience to become increasingly satisfactory.

If you need any further information or additional examples, I would be delighted to provide them.

Thank you for your time and attention!

Best regards, Miguel Ángel Cifuentes López.

I would very much like to be able to label the layout keys in Synapse 3.  Perhaps we could have a key assignment view, and then a named key view.  Switching between would show the key assignments and then the named key view.  Even a list would be helpful.

Myself, I have a brain injury, and I often keep the synapse layout on my screen just so I can see what the keys are by tabbing out and selecting a key.  So, one, it would be great to just look over there and see the key assignments on the layout of the Tartarus.  Second, if I could see labels for the keys instead of assignments, when I switch games, I would not have to go through and try to remember what all the keys did for the different game.

I am having to print out my own mockups of the board and then try to edit to get something usable.  I believe I have read requests for this elsewhere.  I think including a request like this would be a great way to indicate that this really is by gamers for gamers!

Hello,

I hope you're doing well.

I'm seeking information regarding the gaming performance of the platform. I'm currently working on a site that features a SIP calculator, and I'm also a business investor. Therefore, understanding the gaming capabilities of this platform is essential for my research and decision-making process. So please guide me.
Thank you.

Hello,

I would like an API or something that can be watched by a java program at the very least to show what profile you're on and when you switch
