Just tried my first Macro on an application and it`s not working. I`ve got it assigned and Synapse show it active. I watched the video.

Can you send me the link to the video that you've watched? For now, please perform a clean reinstallation of your Synapse by following the steps on this page. Then, try assigning macros again. You can use this page as a reference. If the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device along with your Synapse logs. You can gather them by following this guide. You can upload them on Google Drive and send me the sharable link. Here's how to find the shareable link for the files.
1. Open a file in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides. In the top right corner, click Share.
2. Click "Get shareable link" in the top right of the "Share with others" box.
3. To choose whether a person can view, comment, or edit the file, click the Down arrow next to the "Anyone with the link." down arrow icon.
