Good day people!
I started to have issues with my Razer Microphone about two weeks ago, where the microphone completely stopped working.
These are a new pair of headphones that i've bought on 25th of august. The sound and everything else work, but the microphone doesn't. I've also tried to plug them instead of using them wi/fi, however still no luck.
I've tried the following:
Uninstall synapse 3, and install synapse 2
Reinstall drivers
Tried to create a new razer account as suggested on reddit but still no luck to make the microphone work.
Did others had a similar issue? I would be really upset if there's nothing else i can do with them as they were quite expensive.

If there's anyone who has the same issue, i was able to resolve mine just by updating the firmware.
