function key not working on new + accented keyboard : ornata V2

Hello, I received a new keyboard and function keys as a gift, accented character does not work on my different PCs. I imagine that it is a problem of use on my side because it is about my first razer keyboard Do you have any idea how to activate these keys? Thx

    Hello, same issue here since few days, ESCAPE key to STOP DEFIL not working anymore, i have try my keyboard on another computer but same issue

    Hey Neotof and Blashyrk62! Does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled? Please reset the keyboard through the Razer Synapse 3.0 settings. Otherwise, please remove all Razer-related files by downloading the Razer Driver Clean-up tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj. Once done, restart the computer, then reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0. Let me know how it went.
