Get activation code for 7.1 surround form registered headphones | Razer Insider

When I registered my Kraken X headphones I found out that I could get 7.1 surround (a year later xd) so I looked at the registration and don't know how to find the activation code.
Have you checked your email? If you haven't found one, please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. That way, I can check if you are eligible for a code generation request. Let's take it from there.
