Hi, I ordered razer blade 17 2022 from amazon while in armenia. I didn't get and discuss a refund. But I get this email among others:

Due to health and safety regulations, we're unable to accept returns of this item.



We would highly recommend that you contact the manufacturer for any assistance with warranty, replacement, or refund information.

So generally speaking, if I ever get it and it will be damaged how can I get refund or replacement while in armenia?
