Hi Razer,
My Blackwidow Elite volume will erratically activate.
I have tried to disable the volume controls in Synapse but when I close Synapse, I can still activate the volume knob. I thought I already saved the profile into the on-board profile.
Is there a way to deactivate the volume controls?
Or perhaps I did not save the profile correctly, then please show me how.
I don't want to open Synapse every time.

Do you have a separate profile in Synapse? To fix this, I highly suggest performing a clean reinstallation of Synapse by following the steps on this page. Then, try again and save this setting on your keyboard's onboard memory with the help of this guide. Should the issue persists, send me a PM so we can take a closer look at this.
