Hammerhead True Wireless Bad Connection

After using my new earbuds for a couple of days, I experience an issue with my music dropping out and stuttering whilst I'm moving around. Everything is fine if I am sat down or stood still whilst using them, but if I'm using them when walking around then the connection is very bad and the sound just lags and drops out every couple of seconds. I have tried re-pairing and resetting my Bluetooth but it so far nothing has fixed the issue.

Has anyone else experienced this? Does anybody know of a fix?

Hi there! Thanks for posting this on our Support thread. Sorry to hear about your headset's odd behavior. Have you paired it to a different device and see if the issue persists?
Did you ever get this fixed as I am having the same issue with them especially when I put my phone in my pocket, I have the Razer Phone 2 btw? I have paired it to my Razer Blade 15 Laptop (2018) late model and My macbook Pro. The issue persists with all 3 devices, it starts cutting off after while however it starts working again ones I put one of the earbuds away.

Having this EXACT issue while using with my Razer phone 2. Close to getting a refund for both.
