Hi there, I just bought a paid of Hammerhead True Wireless and I can’t seem to be able to turn them on or pair them at all. I’ve tried everything from tutorials like the multifunction buttons or putting them back in the case and leave it for 5 seconds. There was no voice response like power on etc.
Tried to pair them to my laptop and phone and nothing shows up when they are searching for a device to pair with.
What should I do in this case?
