Hammerhead true wireless right earbud won't charge and can't update

Hammerhead true wireless right earbud won't takr charge.I installed razer audio on my phone it connects with a few tries for a split second and then i saw that the right one is on red (the left is green) and they disconect from the app after that.The case indicator is green and and it charges.

In the seconds that the app is working i can see that the battery levels are all over the place.One time both earbuds are at a 100 % the next time one is at 90 the other at 70 % and after that the right doesn't even show and they can't update the firmware (a newer is available)
