Help, Black Screen after Bios update

Good morning. I'm using a Razer Blade Pro 17. I was using my laptop early this morning (2-3am) and it had an update. I updated the bios from 1.4 to 1.6 I updated it and it had an error message and proceeded to restart. Upon restarting my laptop has a black screen of death. When I tried connecting an external monitor it also does not work. I would like to know if you can be of any assistance. I sent an email to razer but I have not received any correspondence yet. I'd appreciate any assistance urgently please. Respectfully,

    Where did you get the BIOS updater? Do you mind sending me the case number via PM? That way, I can review and check what's going on with the case. Let's continue from there. I'll lock this thread now.
