hi, i m using a mac os and recently i bought a new keyboard the cynosa... after updating to the catalina, the synapse cant detect the keyboard and the mouse... help~

nope ive checked everywhere apparently this issue has not been addressed by razer
If software support is a requirement, return the hardware. The official policy is that all future support will be through Synapse 3.0 for Windows only. The labeling on the box is old (at best), if not outright fraudulent.
