HELP NEW RAZER TARTARIUS V2 (2 buttons no sound and a third who like to stuck

Hello guys, I just bought the Razer Tartarus v2 and i have 2 problems with it: The buttons 8 and 9 don't have the sound of the others like if they were silent. The button 11 is ok for the sound, the felling of pressing gently is not ok it get a little stuck on it's upper right Corner when going down and make a struggle to re go up. Actually it's brand new and my second day only i touch it. What can i do especially for the 11 ? Thanks

This is most likely a switch issue. You might as well get the device replaced since it is pretty much brand new.

    I just had my 2nd button in less than a month fail on my Tartarus V2, seems they have a quality control issue with their micro switches.
